We take document privacy extremely seriously. Every document, policy, and contract you upload is immediately encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We limit the storage of document contents in plaintext to prevent unauthorized access.

2. Policy & Document Analysis

Whittler parses and compares document coverages to identify overlaps. We protect your uploaded documents and files, using enterprise-grade security protocols, and we never sell, share, or monetize your policy data.

3. Payment Processing (Paddle)

When you purchase a license, your billing information is processed directly by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Whittler does not store or have access to your full credit card credentials or payment details.

4. GDPR & Data Subject Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. You may request the export or permanent deletion of your data and documents at any time from your account settings.
