2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Whittler’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. User Accounts & Billing

Billing and payment processing on Whittler are handled securely via our merchant of record, Paddle. The purchase is a one-time charge of £20 for lifetime access. There are no recurring subscription charges.

4. Document Storage & Coverage Analysis

Whittler analyzes and compares your uploaded policies and documents to identify coverage overlaps and duplicates. We prioritize your privacy and all data is protected using strong encryption at rest. We do not sell, rent, or share your document contents.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Whittler’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Whittler makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
